Bitcoin Price Prediction: Can BTC Extend the Rally?

CoinCodex data shows BTC at roughly $84,912, while the broader crypto market is also modestly higher. Bitcoin remains below the recent $87,000–$87,300 swing high, leaving the same resistance zone in control of the short-term outlook. The difference now is that Bitcoin has managed to hold most of its late-September gains despite elevated Treasury yields and a weaker U.

S. jobs report. $87K Still Separates Consolidation From a Breakout Bitcoin has spent much of the past two weeks moving between support in the low-$80,000s and resistance near $87,000.

The recent BTC breakout setup already identified $87,300 as the level bulls need to clear before $90,000 becomes the next obvious target. That structure remains largely intact. If BTC can establish itself above $85,000 and then break the $87,000-$87,300 zone on stronger volume, the rally could extend toward $90,000.

A clean move through $90,000 would then bring the psychological $100,000 level back into the conversation. ETF Demand Still Supports the Bull Case Institutional demand remains one of the stronger arguments for another leg higher. U.

S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted approximately $6. 34 billion during Q3, including $2.

65 billion in September. At the same time, BTC gained nearly 43% during the quarter, its strongest third-quarter performance since 2017. The recent ETF inflow surge therefore continues to provide a supportive backdrop even though daily flows remain volatile.

Macro conditions are less straightforward. Friday’s weak jobs report strengthened the case against another immediate Fed hike, but Treasury yields remain above 5%. That keeps pressure on risk assets and raises the opportunity cost of holding Bitcoin.
